Join our Data Builders (we don’t like the term “Data Science” too much) team and help build the future of better meetings by rapidly delivering ML and NLP/LLM-based solutions end-to-end from idea to production. You’ll collaborate with data scientists to swiftly advance innovations from conceptual experiments to seamless implementation in Slido’s products, live cutting-edge AI techniques live to create magical experiences for end users. Using DevOps principles, you’ll own the full ML lifecycle, building pipelines to train, evaluate and deploy models. Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally to help drive ML initiatives from conception to production deployment
- Automate training and evaluation of NLP/ML model experiments
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery
- Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions for model deployment
- Monitor and log ML infrastructure and model performance post-deployment
- Perform root cause analysis on issues and optimize for reliability
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and DevOps engineers to ensure production-ready models
- Continuously improve MLOps architecture using DevOps best practices
Requirements
- Experience taking ML solutions from idea to production
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions
- Hands-on expertise with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
- Significant experience with Python and frameworks like PyTorch
- Understanding of DevOps culture and practices
- Ability to deliver solutions rapidly in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude, open to being given great freedom as well as responsibility

Salary Range for Employees Based in Slovakia*: €2500 – 3500
