We are looking for a self-driven and innovative Recruitment Leader to join our People team! Slido is growing and we have quite ambitious plans to transform how meetings and events are run around the world. In order to achieve those, we need to find, hire and retain talented candidates to help us – and that will be your role. You’ll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing Slido recruitment strategy. You’ll also be responsible for the Slido Recruitment team, their growth and development. At Slido, we really like to go above and beyond for each other and we aim to do the same for our candidates. As our Recruitment Leader, you will be responsible for making sure we keep the candidate experience at the forefront of everything we do.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with our senior leadership to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy based on Slido’s business needs
- Drive workforce planning and translate the outcome into talent acquisition activities
- Be a mentor and compassionate leader for our growing Recruitment team and help them develop within their roles (or outside)
- Work closely with our Marketing team to design, plan and drive employer branding activities
- Gain a strong understanding of the recruitment market, partner and advise leaders on recruitment tactics
- Apply strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business
- Partner with the broader Cisco Talent Acquisition team
- Manage and deliver reports/data when required to support and drive our decision making
Who we are looking for
- At least 3 years of experience as TA Leader, preferably in tech/SaaS industry
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Sense of ownership and proven track record in leading projects with company/business unit impact
- Ability to navigate and thrive in both ‘start-up like’/entrepreneurial environment as well as corporate structures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English
- Ability to be strategic and tactical when making decisions
