Thomas is a dynamic leader with 16 years of experience in SaaS, specializing in growing services teams within matrix organizations. His focus on customer success is unwavering, evident in his role in establishing go-to-market strategy and building the EMEA CX consulting practice.
Thomas's leadership is characterized by a focus on customer success, growth, diversity and inclusion (D&I), and collaboration. His guiding principle is customer success, and he passionately cultivates an inclusive culture grounded in values such as growth, innovation, collaboration, and achievement.

Victoria Lim
Head of People Communications at TomTom

Victoria has a diverse background, ranging from scale-ups to international corporations, where she has focused on fostering connections through communication and culture. She believes in the power of information, engagement, and vision to empower both individuals and businesses.
Victoria has experience in content creation and events, worked at Dyson for over four years on major internal communication projects, and established the European team in Paris. She later built the internal communications function at Pure Electric, before joining TomTom. Currently, at TomTom, she leads the People Communications team, collaborating with the executive board to shape global communication strategies.

Liz Selman
Global Instructional Design Lead at The School of Life

Liz Selman is a senior L&D practitioner with a track record of excellence in the world of corporate learning and employee engagement. As the Global Instructional Design Lead at The School of Life, Liz is known for her expertise in results-driven human-centred design and blended learning experiences, as well as a deep affinity with the principles and psychology behind our work. Her innovative and impactful work has earned her a reputation for designing award-winning learning strategy for global clients in various domains, including leadership development, onboarding, wellbeing, and culture. With a focus on equipping workplaces with the emotional skills they need to thrive and grow, Liz and her team are shaping the future of what it means to be our whole selves at work.

Neil Sharman
Head of User Research at Slido

Neil has worked in research for 25 years and joined Slido three years ago. The reason he joined Slido is that no other organisation he has worked for puts research so firmly at its heart. Members of Neil's team are embedded in product teams and no new feature goes live without user research testing. The team also run market research and thought leader research, to stay on top of the market and the trends that shape the new and emerging ways work is conducted and meetings are run.
